NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Fairfax at its meeting on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at 7 p.m. in City Hall Annex, Room 100, 10455 Armstrong Street, Fairfax, Virginia, 22030, will hold a public hearing to consider the following:

Public hearing and Council action on an ordinance amending Chapter 102 (Utilities), Article II (Fees and Charges), Section 102-33, pertaining to sanitary sewer connection fees, frontage charges and wastewater lateral repair and replacement charges, and Article IV (Wastewater), Division 3 (Connections to Public Sewers), Section 102-180, pertaining to connections to public sewers.

Public hearing and Council action on an ordinance adopting printed Supplement Numbers 16 to 26, inclusive, to the Code of the City of Fairfax, Virginia.

Public hearing and Council action on an ordinance amending Chapter 2 (Administration), Article III (Officers and Employees), Division 2 (Disclosure of Interests), pertaining to required financial disclosures by certain enumerated officers and employees of the City.

Public hearing and Council action on a grant supplemental appropriation resolution in the amount of $4,600,000 for Transform 66 Outside the Beltway Concession Funding for the George Snyder Trail.
