In accordance with Title 11, Subtitle 11-109 of the Maryland Condominium Act, notice is hereby given that a subsequent annual meeting is to be held on Thursday, January 22, 2026, at 7:00 pm via virtual meeting. A vote to this effect was taken at the first meeting. Those who are present will constitute a quorum and the majority of those present will have the authority to decide on all proposed actions.
