• Application 2232-2025-SP-00003 to consider the proposal by the Department of Public Works and Environmental Services (DPWES). The Department of Public Works and Environmental Services (DPWES) is requesting 2232 approval for the replacement and modification of an existing odor control facility. The facility is located at 5426 Willow Springs School Road, Fairfax VA 22030. Tax Map: 66-2 ((1)) 4B1. Springfield District. Area III.

At the public hearing any and all interested persons will be given an opportunity to express their view regarding the application.
