PUBLIC HEARING for an Ordinance to Initiate And Establish The Process To Grant An Agreement For The Lease, Management, And Operation Of The Torpedo Factory Arts Center (“TFAC”), Owned By The City Of Alexandria And Located At 105 Union Street.
