REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ)

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND INSPECTION SERVICES (CMSI)

The District of Columbia is issuing public notice of its Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeking to solicit Statements of Qualifications (“SOQ”s) from architecture and engineering firms (“Offeror” or “Contractor” or “Consultant”) interested in providing Construction Management and Inspection Services (the “Project”).

1. This solicitation will result in the award of twenty indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) type contracts pursuant to pursuant to 27 DCMR § 2404 and 23 CFR 172.9(3).

2. Statements of Qualification are due on Monday, February 16, 2026, at 2p.m. ET. The RFQ documents and any amendments or updates to the RFQ will be available on the District Department of Transportation Access Portal (DTAP) website, https://dtap.ddot.dc.gov and https://contracts.ocp.dc.gov/solicitations.
