The object of this action is to obtain the whereabouts of any persons including but not limited to: Hee K. Piper and any other persons having an interest in the surplus proceeds of a trustee’s sale pursuant to a Deed of Trust dated November 13, 2007 executed by Hee K. Piper, for the benefit of Bank of America, N.A. secured by the property located at 14494 Cool Oak Ln, Centreville, VA 20121. This Deed of Trust was recorded on February 4, 2008 in the Clerk’s Office of this Court in Document No. 2008002713.0007, in Book No. 19770, at Page 1924.

Upon consideration whereof, this Order of Publication is granted, and is ORDERED that any interested persons do appear here on or before Match 5, 2026, which date is no sooner than fifty (50) days after entry of this Order of Publication.

And it is further ORDERED that this Order of Publication be published once a week for four (4) successive weeks in The Washington Times newspaper, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Fairfax, Virginia.
