ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of this action is for Plaintiff to obtain a divorce from the bond of matrimony from the Defendant on the grounds of having lived separate and apart for a period exceeding one year.
It appearing by affidavit that the Defendant's last known address is not known, the Defendant's present whereabouts are unknown, and diligence has been used by or on behalf of the Plaintiff to ascertain in what county or city the Defendant is without effect, it is ORDERED that the Defendant appear before this Court on or before March 12, 2026 and protect Defendant's interests herein.
And it is further ORDERED that this order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Washington Times,a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Prince William. The Clerk of this Court shall post this Order at the front door of the courthouse.
