NOTICE

Montgomery, County, Maryland (“County”) and CRD1, LLC (“Landlord”) intend on renewing a lease (“Lease”) by which the County leases approximately 9,000 rentable square feet of space located at 7-1 Metropolitan Court, Gaithersburg, Maryland 20878 (“Entire Premises”). The Lease Term extension shall be for a period of ten (10) years and shall expire on January 31, 2036. The Annual Base Rent for the Entire Premises shall be $24.50 psf, NNN. The Real Estate Tax Base Year was reset to 2025-2026. The County shall accept the Entire Premises in its “as-is” condition except that the Landlord shall conduct Landlord’s Work at its own expense as further described in the Lease. The County shall utilize the Entire Premises for medical services.
