COMES NOW, your Petitioners, Kahlil Ashley Gaiters and Jocelyn Lynnette Stuart, upon their Petition for Khalil Ashley Gaiters to adopt the minor children above, and it appearing by affidavit filed according to law that diligence has been used by the Petitioners to determine the whereabouts of the Respondent, DeAndre Taveryn Roberts, without success, it is therefore

ORDERED that the Respondent, DeAndre Taveryn Roberts, appear on or before March 6, 2026 at 9:00 a.m., before this Court and do what is necessary to protect his interests. And it is further

ORDERED that the Certificate of Publication and any billing shall be sent to the following:
