APPLICATIONS BEING ACCEPTED FOR FAIRFAX COUNTY HOUSING WAITLIST

Monday, February 2, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. through Sunday, February 8, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.

The Fairfax County Redevelopment and Housing Authority (FCRHA) will be accepting applications for multiple Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) Project-Based Voucher (PBV) waitlists located throughout the county from Monday, February 2, 2026, at 8 a.m. through Sunday, February 8, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. PBV units from these waitlists are located within numerous county owned properties and include studio, one, two, three and four-bedroom units. Use the QR code for access to additional information on apartment

features, amenities, and utilities. The locations of RAD PBV properties can be found at

https://www.fairfaxcounty.gov/housing/rentalhousing/rad.

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to apply and a limited number of applicants will be randomly selected for the waitlists based on the number of PBV units at the property. Applications for the waitlist must be submitted online during the application period. There is no fee to apply and all applications received have an equal opportunity to be selected for the waiting list.
