CAPTION: The Government of the District of Columbia (the “District”), Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP), on behalf of the Department of Health Care Finance (DHCF) is seeking a Managed Care Organization (MCO) (the Contractor), to provide healthcare and pharmacy services for its Child and Adolescent Supplemental Security Income Program (CASSIP). The CASSIP consists of Medicaid or Immigrant Children’s Program (ICP) eligible children and adolescents receiving Supplemental Security-Income (SSI) or who have SSI-related disabilities.
