Notice is hereby given that NewdestHomes intends to file a Letter of Intent with the State Health Planning and Development Agency (SHPDA) to apply for a Certificate of Need to establish and operate a Home Health Agency in the District of Columbia.

The proposed project consists of the development of a licensed Home Health Agency that will provide skilled nursing, home health aide, and other home-based health services, as permitted under District of Columbia law, to residents of the District of Columbia.

The principal location from which the Home Health Agency services will be coordinated and administered is proposed to be 4645 Nannie Helen Burroughs AVE NE, Suite #202, Washington DC 20019, within the District of Columbia.

This notice is published in accordance with applicable District of Columbia Certificate of Need requirements to inform the public of the proposed project and the filing of the Letter of Intent. www.Newdesthomes.com
