SHOW CAUSE ORDER

Upon the motion of Valerie B. Geiger and Cary Z. Cucinelli, Administrator of the Estate of John Joseph Kessler, by counsel ("the Estate") and

IT APPEARING that a Commissioner's Report on the Debts and Demands Hearing has been filled in the Office of the Clerk of this Court and that more six months have elapsed since the qualification of Valerie B. Geiger and Cary Z. Cucinelli, Administrators of the Estate of John Joseph Kessler, it is therefore

IT FURTHER APPEARING to the Court that, as unknown individuals and potential heirs, the names, whereabouts, and post office addresses, if any, of any Parties Unknown are in turn unknown; it is hereby

ORDERED that the creditors and all other persons interested in the Estate show cause, if any they can, at 9:00 a.m. on February 13, 2026, before this Court agains the payment and delivery of the Estate in accordance with the proposed Second and Final Account; and it is further

ORDERED that this Show Cause Order be published once a week for two successive weeks in the Washington Times newspaper, in accordance with the provisions of Virginia Code § 64.2-556.
