The object of this action is to obtain the whereabouts of any persons including but not limited to: Damian Mosley, Any and All Unknown Heirs of Alice P. Mosley and any other persons having an interest in the surplus proceeds of a trustee’s sale pursuant to a Deed of Trust dated September 13, 2005 executed by Everett L Mosley and Alice P Mosley, for the benefit of Countrywide Home Loans, Inc. secured by the property located at 7594 Woodstown Dr, Springfield, VA 22153. This Deed of Trust was recorded on September 22, 2005 in the Clerk’s Office of this Court in Document No. 2005038915.006, in Book No. 17768, at Page 0726.

Upon consideration whereof, this Order of Publication is granted, and is ORDERED that any interested persons do appear here on or before Match 19, 2026, which date is no sooner than fifty (50) days after entry of this Order of Publication.

And it is further ORDERED that this Order of Publication be published once a week for four (4) successive weeks in The Washington Times newspaper, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Fairfax, Virginia.
