REQUEST FOR SOLICITATION (IFB) FOR BIDS

DRAINAGE AND STORMWATER IMPROVEMENT CONSTRUCTION MAC IDIQ

1. The District of Columbia is issuing public notice of its Invitation for Bid (“IFB”) seeking a qualified contractor to provide construction for the Drainage and Stormwater Improvement Construction MAC IDIQ.

2. The District contemplates the award 3 indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity type contracts. The period of performance consists of a 1-year base period, and 4 one-year option periods for a potential total of 5 years of performance.

3. Bids are due on March 4, 2026, at 11 a.m. EST. The IFB documents and any amendments or updates to the IFB will be available on the District Department of Transportation Access Portal (DTAP) website, https://dtap.ddot.dc.gov and

https://contracts.ocp.dc.gov/solicitations.
