NOTICE TO HEIRS OF HERBERT NICKENS
HERBERT NICKENS, who lived at 3355 16th Street, N.W., Apartment 808 (the “Premises”), in Washington, D.C., at the time of his reported death, is the subject of an action for possession by Plaintiff YORKSHIRE APARTMENTS LLP (“Plaintiff”), in the Landlord and Tenant Branch of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia (Case No. 2026-LTB-000823). A judgment for possession may lead to eviction and loss of personal property in the Premises.
Any interested person, including but not limited to, creditors, heirs, and legatees of the decedent, shall appear virtually (https://dccourts.webex.com/meet/ctbb109) before the Landlord and Tenant Court in Courtroom B-109 on March 20, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. (physical address - 510 4th Street, N.W., Washington, D.C.), to show cause if there be any reason why a Judgement for Possession should not be granted and Plaintiff take possession, dispose of, or take any other action as ordered by this Court as to any personal property contained in the Premises.
