SHOW CAUSE ORDER

IT, APPEARING that a report of the account of Bankhead Thornton Davies and Catherine M. Teti, Co-Executors of the Estate of Cora Prifold Fosdick, deceased, and of the debts and demands against the Estate has been filed in the Clerk's Office and that six (6) months has elapsed since the qualification, on motion of the Co-Executors. IT IS ORDERED that the creditors of, and all others interested in the estate do show cause, if any they can, on the 25th day of February, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. before this Court at a Mandatory Remote Hearing against the payment and delivery of the Estate of Cora Prifold Fosdick, deceased, to the legatees and heirs at law, as set forth in the proposed schedule of distribution embraced in the First Account, without the necessity of a refunding bond.

Mandatory Remote Hearing Notice:

a. The matter will be heard remotely via Microsoft Teams: and

b. Parties interested in appearing are to visit the Circuit Court's website to obtain the link to the Motions Day hearing. The Court's website will include a link to the Microsoft Teams meeting and a telephone number to be used by those participants who do not have internet access.
