AGAINST DISTRIBUTION

It is ordered that the creditors of, and all other interested in the above estate show cause, if they can, on the 27th day of February, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. before this court at its courtroom, 4110 Chain Bridge Road, Fairfax, Virginia 22030, against payment and delivery of the estate to the distributes without requiring refunding bonds.

It is further Ordered that the foregoing portion of this order be published once a week for two successive weeks in The Washington Times, a newspaper published in Fairfax County, Virginia, it appearing that a report of the accounts of John G. Daley, Executor of the estate, and of the debts and demands against the estate has been filed in the Clerk’s Office, and that six months have elapsed since said qualification.
