The Government of the District of Columbia is soliciting electronic Bids for the following:

CAPTION: FY26 Construction at Fort Dupont

The District of Columbia Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP), on behalf of the Department of Energy and Environment (DOEE) (the “District”) is seeking a contractor to execute a large-scale stream and wetland restoration project at Fort Dupont Park, a park owned & managed by the National Park Service, in the District of Columbia. In addition to stream and wetland restoration work, other construction activities will include stormwater outfall restorations, stream daylighting, culvert replacements, and the construction of a boardwalk. Invasive plant control and native revegetation of the entire work area will be a key component of the project work as well. The qualified contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform stream and wetland construction activities. The qualified contractor shall also provide construction management, as-built plans, and post-restoration maintenance work for at least one year upon completion of restoration activities.
