NOTICE OF INTENT

TO ADOPT ORDINANCE

Notice is hereby given that it is the intention of the Town Council (the "Town Council") of the Town of Vienna, Virginia (the "Town"), to consider an ordinance authorizing the issuance and sale by the Town of up to $1,785,000 in principal amount of general obligation bonds, notes or other forms of indebtedness (the "Bonds"), in one or more series, which may be tax-exempt or taxable, for the purpose of refunding the Town's General Obligation Public Improvement Bond, Series 2024, for passage at the regular meeting of the Town Council on February 23, 2026. Such meeting will begin at 7:30 p.m. and be held in the Council Room, Town Hall, 127 Center Street South, Vienna, Virginia.

A copy of the full text of the proposed ordinance is on file in the office of the Town Clerk and may be viewed Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
