ORDER

This matter comes before the Court on Plaintiff's Motion for Temporary Restraining Order and Preliminary Injunction (ECF 6) and Motion for Service by Publication by Email (ECF 10).

Upon consideration of the Motions and for good cause shown, it is hereby

ORDERED that Plaintiff's Motion for Temporary Restraining Order and Preliminary Injunction (ECF 6) is GRANTED IN PART; and it is further

ORDERED that VeriSign, Inc., the registry for myaudiiq.com, immediately change the registrar of record for myaudiiq.com to Plaintiff's registrar of choice, GoDaddy, Inc., and that GoDaddy, Inc. immediately change the registrant ofmyaudiiq.com to Plaintiff Volkswagen Group of America, Inc, for a period of fourteen (14) days from the entry of this Order; and it is further

ORDERED that hearing on this matter is SCHEDULED for Wednesday, February 18, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. to address whether it is appropriate to convert this temporary restraining order to a preliminary injunction; and it is further

ORDERED that Plaintiff's Motion for Service by Publication by Email (ECF 10) is GRANTED; and it is further

ORDERED that Plaintiff will immediately serve a copy of this Order, process, and all other and future filings in this matter on Defendants via the email address and link on the Whois for myaudiiq.com; and it is further

ORDERED that, within seven (7) days of the entry of this Order, Plaintiff will cause a copy of this Order to be published in the Washington Post or the Washington Times.

IT IS SO ORDERED.

The Clerk is directed to forward a copy of this Order to counsel of record.
