Public hearings before the Board of Supervisors of Fairfax County, Virginia, to be held in the Board Auditorium of the Fairfax County Government Center, 12000 Government Center Parkway, Fairfax, Virginia 22035, at which time the Board will consider the following:

3:30 p.m. RZ-2025-SP-00003 - HIGH RIDGE TEI EQUITIES LLC, RZ Appl. to rezone from C-3 and HC to PRM and HC to permit mixed-use development consisting of a multifamily residential building with a maximum of 400 units and up to 5,500 sq. ft. of community-serving commercial uses at an overall Floor Area Ratio (FAR) of 1.52 and approval of the conceptual development plan. Located S. W. of the intersection of Waples Mill Rd. and Fairfax Ridge Rd. on approx. 6.2 ac. of land. Comp. Plan Rec: Residential Mixed Use. Springfield District. 3:30 p.m. SEA-95-M-077-02 - 5722 GENERAL WASHINGTON DR LLC, SEA Appl. to amend SE-95-M-077 previously approved for industrial and warehouse uses with retail to permit modifications to the development conditions. Located on approx. 2.36 ac. of land zoned I-5. Mason District. Tax Map 80-2 ((15)) 1 and 2. Speakers wishing to testify via phone must sign up to testify no later than 12:00 p.m. the day of the hearing to be placed on the Speakers List.
