Carter's present whereabouts are unknown, and that diligence has been used by or on behalf of the petitioner without effect to ascertain the location of Any/All Legal Heirs Louise M. Carter, it is

ORDERED that this Order be published once per week for four successive weeks in the Washington Times and that Any/All Legal Heirs Louise M. Carter appear on or before March 27, 2026, at 9:30 AM, in the Circuit Court for Arlington County, Virginia and do what may be necessary to protect their interest in this suit.
