HUMAN RESOURCE INFORMATION SYSTEM

Lee Montessori Public Charter School is looking to solicit bids for payroll and HRIS services for approximately 110 employees. The service needs to include hiring, onboarding. electronic timesheets (including PTO management), semi-monthly payroll processing, benefit administration, and performance management. The system should also be able to create end-of-year tax forms (such as W-2s and ACA forms) as well as 941 forms. The system should also be able to submit employee taxes to the correct states (DC, MD, VA). Finally, the system should include reporting and analytics for each of these modules. Proposals are due no later than 5 pm on Friday, March 20. Proposals should be sent to liz@leemontessori.org and joshua@leemontessori.org. Lee anticipates making a decision no later than Friday, April 3, with implementation beginning July 1, 2026.
