SHOW CAUSE ORDER

It appears that more than six months have elapsed since the qualification of Eileen Novello Chrismer, Executor for the Estate of Joseph R. Novello a/k/a Joseph Robert Novello (the "Estate"), deceased, and on the motion of the Executor, it is

ORDERED that the creditors of, and all other persons interested in, the Estate show cause, if any they can, at 9:00 a.m. in Fairfax on the 27th day of February 2026, before the Court at its Courtroom, against payment and delivery of the Estate to the distributees/legatees with or without requiring refunding bonds as this Court may determine.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Order be published once a week for two (2) successive weeks in The Washington Times, a newspaper circulated in the County of Fairfax, Virginia.
