Wherefore, plaintiff prays that he be granted a divorce a vinculo matrimonii from the defendant on the ground that the parties have lived separate and apart without cohabitation or interruption for more than one year since 2024 prior to the institution of this suit, that a final decree of divorce be entered, that her maiden name be restored.

It is ORDERED that Jose Anibal Arevalo appear at the above-named court and protect his/her interests on or before Monday March 30th, 2026.
