1. That Sofia Aracely Betancourth's father's location is not known and thus service is best effectuated to interest adverse parties to this cause by way of publication in a newspaper.

2. This publication shall be published once each week for four successive weeks in the following Newspaper:

3. Any interested party must respond before the hearing date or appear at the hearing date of March 27, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. to protect their interests in this matter.
