THE OBJECT of the above-styled case used is to obtain a Final Decree of Divorce a vincula matrimonii on the ground of a one-year separation; and

IT APPEARING TO THE COURT by Affidavit filed according to law that Megha Shah, the above-named Defendant, is not a resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and her last known address is: 401 Ajitnath Society Neelkanth Enclave, LBS Marg Ghatkopar West, Mumbai, Maharashtra, 400086, India; and, it is therefore

ORDERED, that said Defendant is to appear before this Court on or before the 27th day of March, 2026, and do what is necessary to protect her interests herein.

And it is further ORDERED that the above paragraphs be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Washington Times, a newspaper of general circulation in the City/County of Arlington. The Clerk of this Court shall post this Order at the front door of the courthouse, and shall mail a copy of this Order to the Defendant at 401 Ajitnath Society Neelkanth Enclave, LBS Marg Ghatkopar West, Mumbai, Maharashtra, 400086, India, her last-known address.
