REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Multiple Services

DC Scholars Public Charter School invites all interested and qualified vendors to submit proposals for the following services.

The services will encompass the school year 2026-27.

1. Related Service Providers and Evaluators for Special Education services

2. Payroll Processing Services

3. Leadership and Staff Development Services

4. Technology Support Services

To obtain the specifications for each Request for Proposals (RFP), including responsibilities and bidding requirements, contact finance@dcscholars.org on/after Friday, February 20, 2026.

Proposals must be submitted no later than Wednesday, March 11th at 5:00 PM to finance@dcscholars.org. The RFP will remain open until a vendor is selected.

All questions should be in writing by email. Please put “Multiple Services RFP” in the subject heading. No phone calls regarding this RFP will be accepted.
