NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Fairfax at its meeting on March 10, 2026, at 7 p.m. in City Hall Annex, Room 100, 10455 Armstrong Street, Fairfax, Virginia, 22030, will hold a public hearing to consider the following:

Request from Rise and Shine Preschool, applicant, for renewal of a Special Use Permit (SUP) pursuant to City Code Section 110-6.7 to allow a Day Care Center as an accessory use to a religious institution in the RH zoning district on premises known as Fairfax Christian Church, 10185 Main Street and more particularly described as Tax Map 57-4-09-001.

Staff reports will be available at least five (5) days prior to the meeting date in the same location and posted on the City of Fairfax website at www.fairfaxva.gov.
