IT APPEARING TO THE COURT THAT Plaintiff, Surety Trustees, LLC has filed a Petition to Interplead Funds pursuant to Virginia Code §8.01-364 to be granted leave to tender the sum of $4,245.52, representing surplus proceeds of a foreclosure sale of the property known for tax identification purposes as parcel 375167029000 and having a present address of 38965 John Wolford Road, Waterford, Virginia 20197, to the Clerk of Court, less the allowable costs and fees associated with filing this petition, including $850.00 in attorney's fees, as well as court costs and service fees as may be incurred; seeking the Court to compel any and all claimants to the funds to file before this Court statements in writing as to the nature of their respective claims and be permitted to introduce evidence in support of their claims; to forever discharge Petitioner from any and all liability to any claimants, and to any person or persons claiming by, through, or under them; and requesting any further relief that the Court deems appropriate.

IT FURTHER APPEARING TO THE COURT THAT an affidavit having been made and filed showing:

1. There are or may be persons, whose names are unknown, interested in the above captioned cause as contemplated by Virginia Code §8.01-316(A)(2);

2. A named Defendant in this cause, Unknown Heirs of the Estate of Thomas J. Lemon, is a Party representative of such persons whose names are unknown;

3. The Unknown Heirs of the Estate of Thomas J. Lemon may have an interest in the funds described above; and,

4. The last known mailing address of the deceased, Thomas J. Lemon, and the Estate of Thomas J. Lemon, is 38965 John Wolford Road, Waterford, Virginia 20197.

ORDERED that this Order shall be published once each week for four consecutive weeks in the Washington Times, and shall be posted at the front door of the Courthouse of the Circuit Court

of Loudoun County, and it is

FURTHER ORDERED that the Unknown Heirs of the Estate of Thomas J. Lemon shall appear here on or before April 17, 2026, 9:00 a.m. after proper publication of this Order to protect his or her interest in this cause, and it is

FURTHER ORDERED that the Unknown Heirs of the Estate of Thomas J. Lemon and all other parties unknown are hereby notified that unless within 50 days after the date of this Order

response is made by filing in the clerk's office of this court a pleading in writing, in proper legal form, the allegations and charges may be taken as admitted and the court may enter an order, judgment, or decree against the interests of such parties either by default or after hearing evidence.
