NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, at a meeting of the Fairfax County Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA), on WEDNESDAY, MARCH 18, 2026, at 9:00 A.M. at 12000 Government Center Parkway, Fairfax VA 22035, the BZA will hold public hearings, at which time it will consider the following:

9:00 A.M. - Ogechi Muotoh and Brian Muotoh, SP 2024-BR-00119 to permit an increase in the limitations on coverage of the minimum rear setback. Located at 11409 Shirley Gate Ct., on approx. 13,766 sq. ft. of land zoned R-2 (Cluster). Braddock District. Tax Map 56-4 ((13)) 5.
