The object of this action is to obtain the whereabouts of any persons including but not limited to: Kathryn Ann Wright ("Wright") and any other persons having an interest in the surplus proceeds of a May 6, 2025, trustee's foreclosure sale of the property commonly known as 10223 Valentino Drive, Unit 7313, Oakton, VA 22124, pursuant to a Deed of Trust recorded on May 25, 2017, in Deed Book 25053, Page 1431, Document No. 017032148.001, in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court for the County of Fairfax, Virginia, executed by Wright, in the original principal amount of $62,205.04.

Upon consideration whereof, this Order of Publication is granted, and is ORDERED that any interested persons do appear here on or before April 2nd, 2026, which date is no sooner than fifty (50) days after entry of this Order of Publication.

And it is further ORDERED that this Order of Publication be published once a week for four (4) successive weeks in The Washington Times newspaper, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Fairfax, Virginia.
