Wherefore, the plaintiff prays to be awarded a divorce a vinculo matrimonii from the defendant. The parties have been living separate and apart, continuously without any cohabitation and without interruption, and with the intention that the separation be permanent and that the marriage be ended, for over one year since September 2020.
