The action aims to obtain a Divorce on living separate and apart from the Defendant who's last known address was 59 Oak Drive, Stafford, Virginia 22554.

It appearing by Affidavit that the last known address for the Defendant was 59 Oak Drive, Stafford, Virginia 22554. Plaintiff has exhausted the due diligence in trying to contact used by or on behalf of Plaintiff to contact Defendant. Plaintiff has attempted to find Defendant, to no avail, which includes Newspapers, the Internet, and Facebook.

It is further ORDERED that the Defendant appear before this Court on or before April 16, 2026, and protect her interests herein.

And it is further ORDERED that the above paragraphs be published once a week for four successive weeks in The Washington Times, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Prince William, Virginia, and the Clerk of this Court shall post this Order at the front door of the courthouse.
