The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce from the bond if matrimony from the Defendant on the grounds having lived separate and apart for a period exceeding one year. It appearing by affidavit that the Defendant's last known address/residence was 17204 Epsilon Place, Rockville, MD 20855 and the Defendant's present whereabouts are unknown; that the Defendant cannot be found, and that diligence has been used without effect to ascertain the location of the Defendant to be served.

Upon consideration, this ORDER of publication is granted, and it is ORDERED that the Defendant appear before this Court on or before April 16, 2026, and protect his interests herein. The Court is located at 9311 Lee Avenue, Manassas, Virginia 20110.

And it is furthered ORDERED that the above paragraphs be published once a week for four successive weeks in The Washington Times. The Clerk of this Court shall post this Order at the front door of the courthouse, and shall mail a copy of this Order to the defendant at the post office address, if any, given in the affidavit of the plaintiff filed herein.
