To all persons interested in the estate of Anne I. Coleman, Fiduciary Number FI-2026-0000181 Notice is given that: Sally Boswell whose address is 8112 Rolling Road, Springfield, VA 22153 was on 01/30/2026 appointed Administrator of the estate of Anne I. Coleman who died on 12/29/2025 without a will. Further information can be obtained by reviewing the estate file in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Fairfax County. All persons having any objection to the appointment (or to the probate of the decedent’s estate) shall file their objections with the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Fairfax County on or before 05/30/2026. Any person having a claim against the decedent must present the claim to the undersigned Administrator on or before the following dates: (1) Six months from the date of the decedent’s death; or (2) Two months after the Administrator mails or otherwise delivers to the creditor a copy of this published notice or other written notice, notify the creditor that the claims will be barred unless the creditor presents the claim within thirty days from the mailing or delivery of notice. Any claim not served or filed within that time, or any extension provided by law, is unenforceable thereafter.
