SHOW CAUSE ORDER

IT APPEARING that all statutory requirements have been met; that the report of the debts and demands against the Estate of Peter Demas has been filed in the Clerk's office, and that more than six months has elapsed since the qualification of Laura Demas Petrosian as the Executor of said Estate, on motion of the Executor, it is hereby

ORDERED that the creditors of, and all other persons interested in, the Estate of Peter Demas show cause, if any they can, at 10:00 a.m. on the 20th day of March, 2026, before the Fairfax County Circuit Court at its Courtroom, against payment and delivery of the Estate of Peter Demas, deceased, to the legatees without requiring refunding bonds.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the foregoing portion of the Order be published once a week for two (2) successive weeks in THE WASHINGTON TIMES, a newspaper circulated in the County of Fairfax, Virginia. ENTERED this 10th day of February, 2026.
