The reason for this cause is to obtain the whereabouts of Any Unknown Personal Representative and/or Heir to the Estate of Sharon D. Harris, having an interest in the real property located at 301 N. Beauregard Street, Alexandria, Virginia 22312. If no such persons or heirs are located, the secondary purpose of this cause is to interplead funds from a foreclosure sale of the abovementioned property, further described as:
The following described property, to-wit:
Condominium Unit Numbered 703, established pursuant to the horizontal property act of the Commonwealth of Virginia, known as and called "The Fountains Condominium" and described in the master deed establishing said horizontal property regime in Deed Book 771 at page 321, among the Land Records of Alexandria, Virginia; and in Deed Book 3986 at page 1, among the Land Records of Fairfax County, Virginia, as amended by amendment to Master Deed recorded in Deed Book 771 at page 791 of the said Land Records of Alexandria, Virginia; and in Deed Book 3989 at page 324, among the said Land Records of Fairfax County, Virginia, and as further amended by the Second Amendment to Master Deed recorded in Deed Book 793 at page 1, among the land records of Alexandria, Virginia, and in Deed Book 4159 at page 345, among the Land Records of Fairfax County, Virginia. The by-laws were amended and recorded in Deed Book 792 at page 862, among the land records of Alexandria, Virginia and in Deed Book 4159 at page 333, among the Land Records of Fairfax County, Virginia.
Upon consideration whereof, this Order of Publication is granted, and it is ORDERED that any interested persons do appear here on or before April 18, 2026, which date is no sooner than fifty (50) days after entry of this Order of Publication.
And it is further ORDERED that this Order of Publication be published once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks in The Washington Times newspaper, a newspaper having general circulation in the City of Alexandria, Virginia.
