Notice of Intent to Enter Sole Source Contract

GSV SUMMIT LLC / ASU + GSV SUMMIT

Mundo Verde Bilingual Public Charter School (MVPCS) intends to enter into a Sole Source Contract with GSV Summit LLC, organizers of the ASU + GSV Summit, to support the continued development of Instituto Mundo Verde (IMV). The ASU + GSV Summit provides a uniquely positioned global platform that convenes education leaders, innovators, and investors to accelerate collaboration, strategic partnerships, and the scaling of high-impact education initiatives aligned with IMV’s mission.

Cost:

The total cost of this engagement is estimated at $35,000, inclusive of all participation, sponsorship, and related engagement services associated with the ASU + GSV Summit.

Public Notice:

This notice is published in compliance with the DC Public Charter School Board's requirements for sole source contracts. It is being issued at least seven business days prior to the Award Date, in the D.C. Register and two newspapers of general circulation. Any objections to this sole source procurement should be directed to Rocio Yoc at ryoc@mundoverdepcs.org no later than 3:00 pm on March 24, 2026.

Award and Execution:

The Sole Source Contract will be awarded after the close of business on March 25, 2026. The contract execution and effective date will adhere to PCSB policies.
