SHOW CAUSE ORDER

It is ordered that the creditors and all other persons interested in the Estate of Rebecca Sue Flake show cause, if any they can, on April 8, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.. before this Court virtually, via Microsoft Teams, against the payment and delivery of the assets of the Estate of Rebecca Sue Flake to its distributees, without requiring refunding bonds.

It is further ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Show Cause Order be published once a week for two successive weeks in the Washington Times a newspaper with general circulation in this jurisdiction, in accordance with the provisions of Va. Code §64.2-556, it appearing that a report of the accounts of Carole Flake Murray, Administrator of the Estate of Rebecca Sue Flake, deceased, and a report of the debts and demands against the estate, have been filed in the Clerk's Office, and that six months have elapsed since Carole Flake Murray's qualification as Administrator.
