The subject site is identified on County maps as GPIN 7596-86-0206 on ±0.94 acres. The site is zoned A-1, Agricultural, and is designated I-3, Industrial (Tech/Flex) in the Comprehensive Plan. The property is located in the Data Center Opportunity Overlay District, Environmental Resource Protection Overlay, Airport Safety Overlay District, E-Commerce Overlay District, and Bethlehem Road Activity Center. 3.
