SHOW CAUSE ORDER

IT APPEARING to the Court that a report of the accounts of Alexander Reges, Administrator of the Estate of Juanita G. Sabet, deceased, and of debts and demands against this estate has been filed in the Clerk's Office, a copy of which is attached, and that six months have elapsed since the qualification of Alexander Reges, Administrator.

IT IS ORDERED that the creditors of, and all others interested in, the estate do show cause, if they can, at 10:30 a.m. on the 17th day of April 2026, before this Court at its courtroom against the payment and delivery of the assets of the Estate of Juanita G. Sabet, deceased, to its legatees and distributees, with or without requiring refunding bonds,

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Order be published once a week for to successive weeks in the Washington Times, a newspaper of general circulation in Prince William County, Virginia.
