NOTICE OF INTENT TO ENTER A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT

Critical Systems Service, LLC

Early Childhood Academy Public Charter School (ECA) intends to enter into a sole source contract with Critical Systems Services, LLC to provide maintenance and repair of school HVAC systems. Critical Systems Service, LLC is the DC metro area equipment sales representative for both Samsung and Petra. Critical Systems Service, LLC is also the only Certified Petra Service company in the area, having intimate knowledge and extensive expertise on both systems. It has been the experience of ECA that when working with other HVAC services, many have consulted with Critical Systems Service, LLC to satisfy the repair need.
