Office: Arlington County Department of Human Services (DHS) at 2100 Washington Blvd. 3rd floor lobby Arlington, VA 22204 from Monday-Friday. 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

A public hearing about this plan is scheduled for Friday, May 1, 2026, from 6-7:30 p.m. The hearing will be held at DHS located at 2100 Washington Blvd. lower-level auditorium Arlington, VA 22204. The public may also submit written comments prior to the public hearing by emailing hcv@arlingtonva.us with the subject line, “public comment AHCVP Administrative Plan”.
