10 year Facilities Master plan architectural services

Paul PCS currently occupies a 170,000 SF facility with approximately 750 students and 150 staff. The building is approaching its 100th anniversary, and has an addition constructed in 2015 Paul PCS seeks to develop a new 10 year facilities plan to ensure we continue to maintain this historic structure in the best ways possible.

We will offer one walk through with our Director of Facilities on Friday, April 17, 2026 at 10 AM at 5800 8th Street, NW Washington, DC.
