The District of Columbia Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP), on behalf of the Robert F. Kennedy (RFK) Campus Project Management Office (RFK PMO) seeks a qualified contractor to develop a comprehensive Energy Master Plan (EMP) for the RFK Stadium Site in Washington, DC. The EMP will establish a roadmap for a resilient, low- carbon, and economically viable energy strategy aligned with District’s sustainability goals and the Clean Energy DC plan.
