The reason for this cause is to obtain a divorce a vinculo matrimonii from the Defendant upon the grounds of having lived separate and apart from him without any cohabitation and without any interruption for a period in excess of one year.

An affidavit having been made and filed show that the Defendant in the above-entitled cause is a non-resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and that due diligence has been used to ascertain her whereabouts, to no effect, and that her name and last known post office address are as follows; to wit:
