It appearing that a report of the account of W. Franklin Pugh, Executor for the Estate of William L. Loy, and a report of the debts and demands against the Estate have been filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Loudoun County, and that more than 6 months have elapsed since the qualification of the Executor. before this Court,

It is ORDERED that the creditors of, and all others interested in the Estate of William L. Loy, deceased, do show cause, if they can, on Friday, April 24, 2026 at 9:00 a.m., before this Court at its courtroom in Leesburg, Virginia, against the payment and delivery of said Estate to the Estate's beneficiaries, after payment of remaining administrative expenses; and

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Order be published once a week for 2 successive weeks in Washington Times, a newspaper of general circulation in Loudoun County, Virginia.
