Building 43 Roof Replacement

The University of the District of Columbia (UDC) is seeking a qualified Contractor to Replace the Roof on Building 43.

This solicitation is set aside with preference to the DC Department of Local Small Business Development (DSLBD) certified small business enterprise and requires that 35% be subcontracted to a DSLBD-certified small business if required by law according to the dollar amount.
